Student email accounts issued by SUNY Adirondack are an official means of communication in regard to all business pertaining to the College. Students are responsible for checking email frequently and consistently.
SUNY Adirondack automatically assigns free campus e-mail accounts to all students registered in credit-bearing courses. The student e-mail address is firstname.lastname@example.org. The account name and password can be found in Banner under the Personal Information tab and then find the link that says Lookup Network ID and Password. Accounts are kept active as long as a student remains continuously enrolled at the college. For students graduating, transferring to other institutions or for those just choosing not to continue their course work, accounts are deactivated two weeks after the last final exam for a given semester.
